Board Room / Conference Room for Hire, Suite 2, 134-136 Cambridge St, Collingwood.
Our modern conference room is a spacious and affordable venue suitable for board meetings, briefings, seminars, lectures and workshops.
- Seats up to 50 people theatre style (35 at tables/chairs)
- Fully equipped and hired inclusive of modern AV equipment including Data Projector, DVD, VCR, CD, Wired and wireless internet.
- AV equipment is controlled from a touch-screen console located in the lectern at the front of the room.
- Special rates apply for not-for-profit organisations
- On-site catering is available, or bring in a caterer of your choice
- Tea and coffee making facilities
Corporate Venue Hire charges:
2 hour - $100 + gst
Half day, less than 20 ppl - $150 + gst
Half day, more than 20 ppl - $200 + gst
Full day, less than 20 pp - $300 + gst
Full day, more than 20 ppl - $400 + gst

A venue assistant is included in the venue hire charge for bookings 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. The assistant can provide a general orientation to the venue and its equipment. All AV equipment in the room is included in the venue hire charge.
