The Mathematical Association of Victoria (MAV) and The Victorian Association for the Teaching of English (VATE) are excited to announce the establishment of TEAM:P - a partnership between the MAV and VATE, designed to support primary school teachers in their transition to the Australian Curriculum.
The Australian Curriculum: Mathematics and the Australian Curriculum: English will be published in 2011. The MAV and VATE have formed TEAM:P to assist primary school teachers with interpreting the Australian Curriculum and developing and resourcing teaching programs. With over 150 years combined experience, VATE and the MAV are well-positioned to continue providing support to teachers of English and mathematics as the Australian Curriculum is rolled out over the coming years.
