Research into implementation of the Australian Curriculum: English
The team is particularly interested in how teachers use curriculum documents and assessment information in their planning, how they interpret statements in curriculum documents, and what teachers see as their professional learning needs associated with the Australian Curriculum. Teachers are invited to complete a survey that the team has developed. There are separate surveys for primary and secondary teachers. The survey can be completed on line and will take around 30 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous. The researchers have undertaken to prepare reports on the responses for various journals and newsletters, and will also send a synthesis of the responses to ACARA.
