Our modern conference room is a spacious and affordable venue suitable for board meetings, briefings, seminars, lectures and workshops. Seats up to 50 people theatre style (35 at tables/chairs) Fully equipped and hired inclusive of modern AV equipment including Data Projector, DVD, VCR, CD, Wired and wireless internet. AV equipment is controlled from a touch-screen console located in the lectern at the front of the room. Special rates apply for Not-for-profit organisations On-site catering is available, or bring in a caterer of your choice Tea and coffee making facilities

All enquiries: registrations@vate.org.au A venue assistant is included in the venue hire charge for bookings 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. The assistant can provide a general orientation to the venue and its equipment. All AV equipment resident in the room is included in the venue hire charge.
