In 2022, VATE’s Mini-Method program will focus on the new VCE Study Designs for English, English as an Additional Language and Literature to be implemented in classrooms from Term One, 2023. Whether you are anticipating teaching these courses for the first time, are looking to enrich your understanding of the implications of the new Study Designs, or simply wanting to upskill and plan for the teaching of these courses, the Mini-Methods are a great way to prepare for teaching the new units of these VCE English courses in 2023. Each session will be delivered live online (Zoom) from 4.00 - 5.30pm. Registration also includes access to any notes or resources that the presenter makes available.
Please note: Registrations are per VATE member. Purchasing this registration buys the staff member the right to the live online session. Registration is not to be shared with any other person. Sharing registration and any materials infringes copyright.
Cancellations must be emailed to events@vate.org.au. Cancellations received by 12pm five working days prior to the event date will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after this will receive NO REFUND. Registrations can, however, be transferred to another staff member. Please email events@vate.org.au the details. If you do not attend and have not notified VATE according to the above policy, you will receive no refund. Please note: If this event is cancelled due to COVID government or venue restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
